10. It will be seen from the above that
there are 9 dies ranging in value from 2 cents to 1 dollar,
inscribed *HongKong*and the value and 13 dies inscribed 'Hug
Kong Stamp Duty and the value.
11. It is proposed that the 9 values re-,
main as at present available for postal purposes and for
stamping such documents as by the existing law may be stamped
with adhesive, stamps and also for paying fees of Court &C.,
and it would be necessary to provide three fresh values of a
like nature viz $2,83, and $5. If the expense were not too
great-it would be advisable also to have a $10.
12. The 13 dies inscribed *HongKong Staph.
Duty" would then be available for stamping documents which,
by the existing law have to bear impressed stamps.
